This privacy policy explains what personal data B2B Digital Solutions collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
B2B Digital Solutions LLC (“B2B Digital Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a digital marketing and website services company at 111 Sibley Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003, USA. Telephone 610-519-1836. Email [email protected].
We handle personal data in two different roles:
- Our own website and business. We decide how personal data is used when you visit www.b2bdigitalsolutions.com, send us an inquiry or a referral, or do business with us. Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we are the “controller” of this data, and sections 2 to 5 describe it.
- Websites we operate for our clients. We build, host and maintain websites for business clients. Personal data collected on those websites belongs to the client, and we handle it only on the client’s behalf and under its instructions. The client’s own privacy policy explains how it uses that data, so please send questions and requests to the client first. If you contact us, we will direct you to the client and help it respond. Section 6 lists the service providers we use for this work.
This policy does not cover personal data about our own employees, contractors or job applicants.
2. Personal data we collect
(a) Data you give us
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the message you write to us.
- Referral form: your name, company and email address, plus the name of the company you are referring and the name and email address of the contact there. Please refer someone only if you believe they would welcome hearing from us.
- Emails and telephone calls: the details you choose to give us when you contact us directly.
- Clients: business contact details, billing details, project communications and the account information needed to deliver our services.
(b) Data collected automatically
When you visit our website we collect your IP address, details of your browser and device, the pages you view, the website that referred you to us, and the cookies and similar identifiers described in section 4.
(c) Sensitive personal data
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal data, such as information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, sex life or sexual orientation, or criminal convictions and offenses. Please do not send it to us. If we receive sensitive personal data that we did not ask for, we will delete it. Sending it to us does not mean that you consent to us using it.
3. How we use your personal data and our legal bases
We use personal data for the purposes below. The legal basis column applies where the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies to our use of your data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use Cookiebot to manage cookie consent. Visitors in the EU, the UK and other places where the law requires consent see a banner that asks them to choose which categories of cookies they accept. In other places these cookies are on by default, and you can turn them off using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Necessary: cookies the website needs in order to work and stay secure, including the cookie that records your consent choice, Cloudflare security cookies and Google reCAPTCHA spam protection. These do not need your consent.
- Statistics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which help us understand how visitors use the website. Clarity records how visitors move around our pages, such as clicks and scrolling.
- Marketing: the HubSpot tracking code, which helps us understand how visitors find us and which pages they view.
Where consent is required, statistics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them. Google Analytics and Clarity may still load before you choose, but they do not set cookies on our website until you accept. Microsoft may set cookies on its own domains when Clarity loads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies in use and what they do.
Do Not Track and activity across websites. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Google, Microsoft and HubSpot may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.
5. Who we share your personal data with
We share personal data from our own website and business with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf for the purposes shown:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot, Inc. | Customer relationship management: stores form submissions and contact records, and provides the marketing analytics tracking code | USA |

We do not sell personal data. We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants), to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, and where we are required to do so by law.
6. Service providers used on client websites
When we operate a website for a client, we may use the sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page, depending on the services that website uses. That page shows each provider, the service it provides, where it processes data and when the list last changed.
7. Where your data is processed
We are based in the United States and most of our service providers are too, so personal data you send us from another country is processed in the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
8. How long we keep your personal data
- Inquiry and referral form submissions, and contact records: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of our relationship and afterward for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and HubSpot.
- Data on client websites: as set out in our agreement with the client.
When we no longer need personal data for the purposes described in this policy, we delete it or anonymize it.
9. Your rights and choices
If the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies to you
You have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the European Economic Area, the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
If you live in the United States
You can ask to review or change the personal data you have given us by contacting us as described below. We do not sell personal data; Nevada residents can still send a request not to sell their covered information to the same address.
How to exercise your rights
- Any of the rights above, or to stop hearing from us: email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires.
- Cookies: use the cookie banner or Cookie settings, which reopens the banner. The same link is in the footer.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include encrypting data in transit with TLS and restricting access to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children and changes to this policy
Our website is intended for business customers. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. If a change is material, we will also say so in a notice at the top of this page.
